Refund policy
As a safety precaution for our customers, it is our policy to not accept any returns on ink, needles, machines, or other PMU supplies. We do understand that things do happen, and in those scenarios we encourage you to call us at 714-925-8030. For defective products, replacements will be sent out. For items no longer desired, the products must be sent back to us in new and unused condition and will be refunded in the form of a store credit only. All issues must be reported within 7 days after shipment arrives and all returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to send the item(s) back, and credit will not be given for the original shipping price. Returns are also subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
A returned package has to be mailed back to us with the tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or non-trackable packages.
Shipping charge is not refundable.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to Email Us with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You must Email Us if any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Fuzion Artistry is NOT responsible for any shipping & handling costs that may incur on all returns and/or refunds.
If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please Email Us info@FuzionArtistry.com so that we can assist you.
If we get returned packages, we WILL NOT resend them unless postage is paid for by customer again. We are NOT reliable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave the U.S. Carrier.
Any return or exchange request made after 7 business days of delivery can not be granted.
